Willow Tree Body and Skin Care is a small based business. We opened the doors back in July 2018 and we have been growing more and more everyday.  Thanks to the amazing clients that keep coming through our door and returning each and every time and sending referrals. We love our clients and everything that we do.  We truly are down to earth ladies that enjoy meeting new people, hearing about their life experiences, and just making sure our clients are receiving the best care and results as possible. Our first and foremost goal with each and every client is to build a good standing relationship and always be upfront with every bit of information as possible. MEGAN M.

OWNER/OPERATOR

Megan is owner and operator of Willow Tree Body and Skin Care. Megan's specialities are in Microblading, Permanent Make-Up, Lash Lifts and some Skincare. She is a highly skilled technician and artist in Microblading, Permanent makeup, Corrective Color, Lash lifts, and more. Her services may vary, but they all come with quality, dedication, and artistic skill to bring the clients vision to life. She is licensed, certified and insured. Schedule a consultation with Megan, who will be able to answer and address any concerns or questions you may have. Most consultations only takes about 15-30 minutes, where a detailed assessment is carried out and Megan can customize a treatment plan just for your needs.

LEAD ESTHETICIAN

Casey is the Lead Esthetician aka the Wax Goddess/Guru. Casey is a very experienced, talented and a master esthetician. She has a strong passion for skin care and enjoys building the clients confidence through the education and knowledge of the treatment that the client is being provided at Willow Tree Body and Skin Care. She is always dedicated to providing you immediate results and recommendations to maintain them with a simple home care plan to fit your lifestyle and budget. Most consultations only takes about 15-30 minutes, where a detailed assessment is carried out and Casey can customize a treatment plan just for your needs.

Update Policies

As of January 1, 2020, Willow Tree Body and Skin Care are strictly going by these policies. No exceptions will be made.

BOOKING

Throughout the year select service appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash. A deposit is required for multiple treatments and holiday appointments regardless of service. Online booking is available for selected services with www.vagaro.com/wtbsc


CONSULTATIONS

For our non-skin care related we offer a 15-30 minute consultations we do not charge a fee. However, anything over the 30 minute marker, we start charging a small fee. This is to ensure that our scheduling stays on point. Please see our fees below.

15-30 MINUTES: FREE

After 30 minutes, there will be a charge of $15.00 for every 15 minutes.

FULL 60 MINUTES: $65.00

ARRIVAL

We ask that if you are a new client, that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, so that we can provide you with the necessary forms. And to our existing clients to please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

As much as Willow Tree Body and Skin Care Staff love children. We ask and recommend that you do not bring children with you to your appointment. You the parent/guardian/responsible adult will be preoccupied with your service, leaving little supervision for the child/children. If you do bring you a child, they will accompany you in the treatment room with you during your service. No child is to be left unsupervised in the lobby without their parent/guardian/responsible adult.

CANCELLATION

WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT SITUATION(S) MAY ARISE THAT COULD FORCE YOU TO CANCEL/POSTPONE YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT SUCH CHANGES AFFECT NOT ONLY THE STAFF, BUT OTHER CLIENTS AS WELL. THEREFORE, WE REQUEST YOUR COURTESY AND CONCERN TO CALL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT THROUGH EMAIL AND TEXT TO REMIND YOU OF YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS

Late/Tardy: If you are late to your appointment, we will still end at scheduled time, as to accommodate our clients. If you choose to reschedule, then there will be a fee of 40% of the service pricing cost applied at that time of rescheduling due immediately.

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Willow Tree Body and Skin Care’s policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24-hours in advance. (Please refer to below for notifying information) Any cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the service price cost.

  48-hour advance notice is required when canceling a Holiday, Special Event or Group appointments.

Notice: Notice must be given either by phone 336-842-3691 or via an email to [email protected], Please note that if business is closed it is recommended to send an email so that we are notified as soon as possible.

NO SHOW

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, we are also obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. All future services will be denied until payment is made.

DEPOSIT

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, and that we avoid no shows or proper cancellation notice. We require a deposit for multiple services and for selected services. To accommodate your desired appointment a deposit of 40% of the total service price is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used as well. If you have a GROUPON, you do not have to place down a separate deposit. However, the groupon voucher will be held as the deposit, and used in the same way as the 40% above if you no show, etc... 

PARENTAL PERMISSION

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to their appointments first initial appointment to sign and fill out all paperwork.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 3368423691 or you may go online to our vagaro page. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will email your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

GROUPON:

We ask that you please let us know that at the time of your booking, that you have a groupon. As Willow Tree Body and Skin Care appreciates all business, we ask that you please review and understand this policy. 

* If you have purchased a Groupon with two or more services, at the end of your first appointment with us, we will reschedule the remainder of your services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please be courteous to let us know at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time. We provide multiple ways to contact us. We do understand that situations can arise hours to your appointment, as we are understanding of those situations, we still stand by our strict policy. In the event you do not comply with this policy, Willow Tree Body and Skin Care will be happily reschedule your appointment for an additional fee (the difference in price of the original service you are seeking) or the service can be forfeited and considered rendered.*We only accept one groupon per customer per groupon service.

First example:

If you purchased 2 separate Brazilian Wax groupons, you will only be allowed to use one. If you choose to use the second one, there will be the additional charge added from the groupon price to the total of the full price service. Which would be the difference of the original price.

Next Example:

If you purchased a Brazilian Wax Groupon and a Facial Groupon then you will be allowed to use those both without additional charges.

SPECIALS

Spa Specials cannot be combined with any other savings or discounts. Specials including series may not be applied to Couples Services or Special Events.

Discounts: If you receive a discount, you will have the time limit on your discount coupon to use it. Discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other percent-off discounts, including age-specific discounts. Discount offer may not be valid on certain services and products of merchandise.

Series of Treatments:

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other spa credit of equal value or less.

REFUND POLICY

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority.

All PRODUCTS - Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective.

Because of the nature of the products. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.

All SERVICES are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 60 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase of a service of equal or lesser value. If you have already used part of your service, then we may extend a prorated of exchange for equal or lesser value.

Free parking. You may park anywhere that there is a available space. Handicap parking is available as well. Along with access into the building and throughout the facility.
